2. Characteristics of Pink Dragon Fruit
Pink dragon fruit (or purple-pink dragon fruit) has egg-shaped or oblong eggs with a weight of 350 – 400g. The fruit ear is green to red-green and quite hard, and the skin is purple-pink, quite shiny. The fruit flesh is purple-pink, quite firm, low in water, and high in flesh ratio. When eating, you will feel a cool, sweet taste, mixed with a little sourness, the fruit will be sweeter when the skin is ripe.

3. How to choose Dragon Fruit

4. How to store Dragon Fruit

Store dragon fruit in the refrigerator: To keep dragon fruit for the longest time, you can store it in the refrigerator.
