Currently, Vietnam star anise is a rare and highly valuable product that is promoted to grow in the Northern mountainous areas of Vietnam. The famous province with this spice is Lang Son. With many diverse uses in life, dried anise deserves to be an indispensable herb in every family.
In cuisine, Star Anise is an important flavor in the five-spice mixture. Star anise is also an indispensable spice in stews, grills, curies, etc both to add flavor and increase the nutritional value of the dish. At HAVIGO, our star anise always guarantees
Meet ISO, HACCP, BRC quality standards. Dark brown color, shiny and round seeds. Old, dry, have intact petals, and less likely to broken.Currently, HAVIGO owns an star anise growing area in Lang Son - a mountainous, border province, in the tropical monsoon region, very convenient for forestry development. In addition, we also have 2 large factories specializing in exporting star anise with more than 500 workers in the production line.
After being cleaned and dried, the star anise will be packed into a 10kg carton. In each carton, there are desiccant bags to ensure the best moisture for the star anise.
Quality Sorting: Before packing, star anise undergoes quality checks to ensure only whole, undamaged pods are included in the export shipment.
Drying: The star anise is properly dried to an appropriate moisture level to prevent mold growth during transport.
Carton Box Filling: Workers carefully place the star anise pods into the carton boxes, ensuring they are not crammed or compressed to prevent breakage.
Sealing and Labeling: The carton boxes are securely sealed to prevent tampering and labeled with essential information.
