At Havigo, quality begins with raw materials. We source mangoes from trusted local farms that follow sustainable and safe agricultural practices. Once the fruit arrives at our facility, it undergoes a strict, multi-step production process to ensure premium export-grade quality:

1. Selection & Washing – Only carefully selected ripe, undamaged mangoes are used. They are thoroughly washed to remove surface impurities and natural residues.
2.  Peeling & Pitting – The outer skin and seed are removed using hygienic, stainless-steel equipment to maintain food safety and prevent contamination.
3. Cutting & Slicing – Mangoes are evenly sliced into consistent shapes (strips or pieces) to ensure uniform texture, size, and drying performance.
4. Low-Heat Drying – The slices are gently dehydrated using controlled low-heat drying technology, helping preserve the mango’s natural sweetness, golden color, aroma, and nutritional value.
5. Natural Antioxidant Coating – A light coating of natural antioxidants (such as lemon juice or ascorbic acid) may be applied to help prevent discoloration and maintain visual appeal without affecting taste.
6. Cooling, Sorting & Packaging – Once dried, the mango is cooled, visually sorted, metal-detected, and then packed into export-ready packaging options (bulk cartons, retail pouches, or private-label bags).

Throughout the entire process, production takes place under strict hygiene and quality-control standards, ensuring every batch meets international food-safety requirements and certifications such as HACCP, ISO, and export-approved standards.
