At Havigo, quality begins with raw materials. We source avocados from trusted local farms that follow sustainable and safe agricultural practices. Upon arrival at our facility, the fruits undergo a strict multi-step process to guarantee the best outcome for export:

1. Selection & Washing: Only ripe, undamaged avocados are chosen. They are washed thoroughly to remove all surface impurities.

2. Peeling & Pitting: The outer skin and seed are removed using hygienic, stainless-steel equipment.

3. Cutting & Mashing: Depending on the final product (Half, Dice, or Puree), avocados are carefully cut or blended.

4. Antioxidant Treatment: A natural antioxidant, such as lemon juice or ascorbic acid, is added to prevent browning and preserve the fruit’s vibrant green color.

5. IQF Freezing: The avocado is then rapidly frozen using IQF (Individual Quick Freezing) technology, locking in flavor, color, and nutrients while maintaining a smooth, creamy texture.

This entire process takes place under strict hygiene and quality control standards, ensuring that every batch meets international food safety certifications (HACCP, ISO, and export standards).
