Each whole durian is carefully selected before entering the production line. The fruits are then quickly frozen to preserve their rich golden flesh, natural sweetness, and distinctive aroma. This process ensures consistent quality, flavor, and freshness during storage and transportation — making Havigo’s frozen durian ideal for both retail and industrial use.

After harvesting, the durians are cleaned, peeled, and segmented before being packed. The peeled durian meat is then air-blast frozen at temperatures between -35°C to -40°C, locking in its original taste and nutrients.
