Rose Apple Export Packaging Specifications

To ensure product integrity and freshness during shipment, all rose apples are packed and handled with great care under strict export standards.

Rose Apple Packaging Materials:

Fresh rose apples are packed using high-quality, food-safe materials to maintain freshness and prevent bruising during transport. Each fruit is individually wrapped with foam netting or soft paper liners to minimize surface damage. The wrapped fruits are carefully arranged in ventilated corrugated cartons or plastic trays with cushioning materials to ensure stability and airflow. All packaging materials are dry, odor-free, and moisture-resistant, meeting international export standards.

Temperature & Storage:

To preserve the crisp texture and natural sweetness of rose apples, the fruits are stored and transported at a temperature of 8–10°C, with relative humidity maintained between 90–95%. This cold chain process helps slow down ripening, prevent dehydration, and extend shelf life up to 2–3 weeks. Rose apples should be kept away from ethylene-producing fruits to avoid over-ripening and flavor changes during shipment.

Key Packing Specifications:

      • Net weight per carton: Commonly 3kg, 5kg, or 10kg (customizable upon request).

      • Packing style: Fruits are neatly layered with protective cushioning.

      • Labeling: Each carton includes product name, origin (e.g., Tien Giang, Vietnam), grade, net weight, and packing date for full traceability.

      • Sealing: Cartons securely sealed with moisture-proof tape or straps to maintain product quality during transport.
