The process follows strict export standards to maintain product quality, hygiene, and traceability from farm to destination.
Outer Carton: Strong, corrugated kraft cartons with ventilation holes to allow airflow and prevent moisture accumulation.
Inner Protection: Each durian is wrapped with soft, food-grade foam mesh or paper padding to prevent scratching and bruising.
Net Weight per Carton: Typically 10 kg to 20 kg, depending on fruit size and buyer requirements.
Sealing: Boxes are sealed securely with moisture-resistant tape and straps to maintain structural integrity during shipment.
