Currently, HAVIGO has a coconut growing area in the Ben Tre - a place with favorable geographical conditions for coconut growing in Vietnam. We also own 2 desiccated coconut factories in Ben Tre with more than 2000 workers working on the production line.
Vietnam produces different forms of desiccated coconut to cater to various culinary needs:
Fine Grade: It has the smallest particle sizes. Therefore, it is suitable for use as fillers, toppings, and ingredients in baked goods like biscuits, snack bars, cakes, and cookies.
Medium Grade: It has slightly larger particles and offers a balance between texture and flavor. People can use it in both sweet and savory dishes, adding a delightful coconut essence.
Besides guaranteeing the quality of desiccated coconut to meet export standards, we are also very careful about packing this product to always ensure food safety. Desiccated coconut has a powdery texture, very easily susceptible to impurities and increased moisture, so it needs to be packed very carefully with PE bag, Kraft bag and PP bag
