The Vietnamese Dragon Fruit has pink or yellow skin, white or red flesh, and tiny black seeds. The flavor profile is a delightful blend of sweetness and subtle tartness. This fruit is not only delicious but also nutritionally dense, making it an important part of a healthy, nutrient-rich diet. 

In recent years, Vietnamese dragon fruit has taken the culinary world by storm. Always considering dragon fruit to be one of the main products for export, so Vietnam invested strongly in the cultivation and process of this tropical fruit. In 2023, exporting this fruit brought about nearly $600 million to Vietnam’s economy. The biggest markets for these tropical fruits are China, the USA, India, Thailand, Korea, Japan, European Countries and so on

Our Factory

Dragon fruit trees fit in the hot sun and tolerating drought. Binh Thuan with an average annual temperature of 26.7 - 27.3°C with long droughts in the dry season, especially suitable for growing the best dragon fruit.

Packing

Dragon fruits at HAVIGO are usually packed in carton boxes with a weight of 6.5kg - 9.5kg. However, depending on each customer's needs, we are flexible in packaging.

  • Carton Boxes: Use new, sturdy corrugated cardboard boxes specifically designed for fruit export. These boxes have ventilation holes to allow air circulation and prevent moisture build-up.
  • Inner Liners: Some exporters may use a thin food-grade foam liner inside the box for additional cushioning and protection.
  • Tissue Paper: Individual fruits can be wrapped in soft tissue paper to prevent bruising during transport.
  • Dividers/Baffles: For larger boxes, consider using cardboard dividers or bubble wrap partitions to separate the fruit and prevent them from rubbing against each other.
