- Quality: The aroma and spiciness are still good, but may not be as good as white pepper grade 1.
- Price: Average price, lower than white pepper grade 1.
3. White Peppercorns Grade 3:
- Size: Smallest and uneven grains. This type may have broken grains.
- Color: Ivory white or slightly gray, and contains many impurities.
- Quality: The aroma and spiciness are lighter, but still have a pungent taste.
- Price: Lowest price.
3. How to choose good White Peppercorns

- Origin: Vietnamese white pepper, especially Phu Quoc, is often highly appreciated for its quality.
- Color: Choose peppercorns that are ivory white or bright white, without yellow or black stains.
